The Services, including all related software, content, and trademarks, are owned by EV Cloud or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

The Services may interoperate with third-party systems such as roaming hubs, backends, and payment networks. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Cloud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
